RETURN POLICY

We accept returns and cancellations under the following circumstances.

  • We do not accept returns on discounted product(s) on sale. 

  • To initiate the return procedure of the product(s) you should contact with us in 7 days.

  • Product(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused. In the original condition means that there is no dirt, cuts or stains on the product that weren’t there before.

  • Customers will be responsible in case of any loss in value of the original product(s) and must also be safely packed back in the original packaging.

  • Customers will be held responsible for paying all SHIPPING, TAXES, DUTIES COSTS, tariffs and excise charges  levied for overseas on returning and sending the substitution of the return product (SHIPPING FEES).

 

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS

 

  • We accept returns for defective and damaged products during transportation.

  • In rare cases, damages may occur during transport and we will arrange for the damaged goods to be picked up so you may quickly receive a replacement. 

  • Please carefully check if anything was damaged during transportation. If so, please decline the delivery or sign the delivery receipt with the note “under reserve''. Please notify us, as well as the carrier of the damage in writing as soon as possible (immediately)  If you have accepted the parcel, please send us digital photos of the damages via e-mail. This way, we can file a proper damage report.

  • Product(s) must be returned, packed back with the same and original packaging that you received it.

  • After we receive the returned product, it will be inspected for any loss of value and we will notify you for the status. Once your return is approved by both sides, we will refund your payment or replace the product with the agreed one.

  • For defective and damaged products MINNOSH MAKERS will be held responsible for paying SHIPPING. Customers will be held responsible for paying TAXES, DUTIES COSTS.

 

REFUND POLICY:

  • We DO NOT offer any refunds for the products you buy from our online store.

  • For the RETURN PRODUCTS you can choose another product with the same value.

  • For the DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS we replace the product with the agreed one. 

  • We are thankful for your assistance in helping us minimizing the returns.

All our items are carefully manufactured one-of-a-kind handmade works. They are limited based on materials or design. They never have the perfection of a mass-produced product. They all bear some unique finishing and traces of the handmade production stages. That’s why we do not accept exchanges. Please keep this in mind when you are buying the piece you choose. We want you to be completely happy with your order!

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  • You have 24 hours to cancel an order if your order hasn’t been left our workshop. 

  • The costs of the bank transfer fees between %15 will be deducted from your payment.
